How it works

Cast Stormfront Riders by paying due to Defiler of Faith.
Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
When the Soldier enters, Mana Echoes and Impassioned Orator triggers.
Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding for each Soldier you control.
Resolve the Impassioned Orator trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
Resolve the Stormfront Riders spell. When it enters, it, Mana Echoes and Impassioned Orator trigger.
Resolve the Impassioned Orator trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
Resolve the Stormfront Riders trigger, returning it and the Soldier token created in step 2 from the battlefield to your hand.
Stormfront Riders' second ability triggers twice.
Resolve a Stormfront Riders trigger, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
Repeat steps 3 through 5 one additional time.
Repeat from step 10 for the remaining trigger.
Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger from step 6, adding for each Soldier you control.
Repeat.
