Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Jegantha.
Activate Horde of Notions by paying , causing you to cast Jegantha from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
When Jegantha enters, Temur Ascendancy triggers, allowing you to draw a card.
Repeat.
