Prerequisites

• Your storm count is equal to or higher than five plus the number of times you've cast Aeve from the command zone this game.

Steps

1. 1Cast Aeve from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable.
2. 2Aeve's storm ability triggers, creating a nonlegendary token copy of itself for each spell you've cast previously this turn.
3. 3Activate Ashnod's Altar three times by sacrificing the nontoken Aeve and two Aeve tokens, adding six .
4. 4Choose to have Aeve returned to the command zone from your graveyard.
5. 5Activate Energy Refractor three times by paying , adding .
6. 6Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing an Aeve token, adding .
7. 7Repeat step 6 until you have enough mana to cast Aeve.
8. 8Repeat from step 1.
