Steps

1. 1Activate Spawning Pit by sacrificing Relentless Skaabs
2. 2When Relentless Skaabs dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. 3Activate Spawning Pit by sacrificing Relentless Skaabs
4. 4When Relentless Skaabs dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. 5Resolve both Spawning Pit abilities from step 1 and 3.
6. 6Repeat.
