Steps

1. 1At the beginning of your upkeep, Stasis and Court of Vantress' second ability triggers.
2. 2Resolve the Court of Vantress trigger, creating a token of any nonlegendary artifact you control.
3. 3Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the artifact token, adding .
