Steps

1. 1Cast any other spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one.
2. 2If you cast the spell, Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Chandra.
3. 3Cast Hinder by paying , targeting that spell.
4. 4Chandra, Displacer Kitten and Thrumming Stone trigger.
5. 5Resolve the Chandra trigger, creating a copy of Hinder, targeting the original Hinder.
6. 6Resolve the copy of Hinder, countering the original Hinder and putting it on top of your library.
7. 7Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Chandra.
8. 8Resolve the Thrumming Stone trigger from step 3, revealing the top four cards of your library and casting Hinder without paying its mana cost.
9. 9Repeat from step 4.
