Steps

1. 1Cast any other spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one.
2. 2If you cast the spell, Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Chandra.
3. 3Cast Lapse of Certainty by paying , targeting that spell.
4. 4Chandra, Displacer Kitten and Thrumming Stone trigger.
5. 5Resolve the Chandra trigger, creating a copy of Lapse of Certainty, targeting the original Lapse of Certainty.
6. 6Resolve the copy of Lapse of Certainty, countering the original Lapse of Certainty and putting it on top of your library.
7. 7Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Chandra.
8. 8Resolve the Thrumming Stone trigger from step 3, revealing the top four cards of your library and casting Lapse of Certainty without paying its mana cost.
9. 9Repeat from step 4.
