Steps

1. 1Cast any other spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one.
2. 2Cast Hinder by paying , targeting that spell.
3. 3Swarm Intelligence and Thrumming Stone trigger.
4. 4Resolve the Swarm Intelligence trigger, creating a copy of Hinder, targeting the original Hinder.
5. 5Resolve the copy of Hinder, countering the original Hinder and putting it on top of your library.
6. 6Resolve the Thrumming Stone trigger from step 3, revealing the top four cards of your library and casting Hinder without paying its mana cost.
7. 7Repeat from step 3.
