Steps

1. 1Attempt to draw a card. The draw will be replaced by Chains of Mephistopheles, causing you to instead discard Moldervine Cloak. Then, you will mill two cards and return Moldervine Cloak from your graveyard to your hand due to Moldervine Cloak's dredge ability.
2. 2Bone Miser's third ability triggers, attempting to have you draw a card. The draw will be replaced by Chains of Mephistopheles, causing you to instead discard Moldervine Cloak. Then, you will mill two cards and return Moldervine Cloak from your graveyard to your hand due to Moldervine Cloak's dredge ability.
3. 3Repeat step 2.
